This is the first picture of the "great dad" allegedly murdered after he was found dead in the early hours of New Year's Day.
Paul 'Dod' Fletcher was found unresponsive at a flat in Rayleigh, Essex, at around 1am today.
Detectives have arrested three people on suspicion of murder after police said a man in his 30s had been found dead.
Tributes poured in for Mr Fletcher, with one friend saying: "I have no words…our world is shattered, the pain in our hearts is unbearable life will never ever be the same."
The pal added: "Omg Dod the pain, I can't even process you ain't here. Our boy the adoration he has for you the love, the void will never be filled we all love you and are completely devastated.
Another friend posted online: "R.I.P Dod Paul Fletcher I will miss seeing you around, my thoughts are with your family at such a sad time taken far too soon."
The tragic death of Mr Fletcher, who was in his 30s, is believed to be the UK's first murder case of 2021.
Detectives have arrested two women, aged 23 and 25, and a 39-year-old man on suspicion of murder.

The 23-year-old has also been accused of assaulting an emergency worker.
Mr Fletcher's sister posted an emotional tribute on social media, writing: "RIP little bro.
"I know we (didn't) see eye to eye a lot of the time but you are still my little brother and I love you.
"Wish we made peace. Love u always."
Another relative said that Mr Fletcher had been "mending his troubled life".
Friend Crystalann Kelly, 35, added: "He was always happy go lucky lad and we always had a laugh and joke.
“He is a great dad to his son and I'm feeling sorry for him at this sad time.”
