Sperm donor who is dad to 60 ‘accepted gifts from grateful parents he swindled’

The biological father of 60 children accepted “gifts” and “holidays” from grateful parents-to-be after exploiting sperm donation laws.

The actions of the unnamed man, from Australia, were a “complete criminal offence,” Dr Anne Clark from Fertility First in Sydney told News Corp.

She added: “We know he got gifts, holidays."

Discussing the events that led to the man being rumbled, she continued: "The reason he was discovered is because he wasn't fully caucasian."

She confirmed her clinic had used the donor just one time but added that she had raised the case with authorities multiple times – with little joy.

He was busted after parents from an LGBTQ+ community started to notice that the children all looked similar, theHerald Sunreports.

It is illegal for someone to flog or exchange for gifts their tissue or organs in Australia under the Human Tissue Act.

Facebook groups like Sperm Donation Australia and Australian Backpackers Seeking Sperm Donation both have posts from people looking for donations.

One says: "Hey all. Looking for an AI (artificial insemination) donor no co-parent. I'm a 19-year-old single woman, I have my own house, a job and business.

"I have everything I need to do this process just need a willing donor to help."

Another said: "Hi all, are there any Caucasian donors in Sydney willing to donate AI only? My partner and I fertility window is coming up and we don’t want to miss another opportunity!"
