Lucky Brit claims massive £11m National Lottery prize almost two weeks after draw

A LUCKY Brit has claimed a huge £11million National Lottery prize almost two weeks after the draw.

Lottery operators Camelot today confirmed it received a claim for the £11,042,269 Lotto jackpot prize won by a single ticket-holder.

The draw for the winning numbers had been made on October 30.

The ticket-holder will decide whether or not to go public and share their news

Camelot’s Andy Carter, Senior Winners’ Advisor at The National Lottery, said, “We’re delighted this amazing prize has been claimed.

"Our focus now is on supporting the ticket-holder through the process and helping them start to enjoy their life-changing win.”

Last week, seven punters scooped £1 million on the Lottery in the special £20M Lotto Must Be Won draw.

More than £1.2billion is being used by charities and organisations affected by the impact of the Covid outbreak.

The sum includes over £600million in funding support from the National Lottery Community Fund.

Yesterday's winning Lotto numbers were 10, 11, 18, 20, 37, 49 and the bonus ball was 5.

Meanwhile, the Thunderball numbers were 5, 8, 11, 23 and 36, while the Thunderball itself was 08.

The draw saw players in with the chance of winning a life-changing £2million jackpot prize.
