A castle-turned-party palace in Scotland that sleeps 26 has just been put on the market, perfect for a post-lockdown bash.
The Gart, which boasts stunning views of Ben Ledi and The Highlands, is on sale for a cool £2 million after it was given an epic makeover.
Nikki and Stuart McAlpine Miller renovated the incredible castle, built in 1935, with bright colours and vibrant art in 2016.
Stuart, artist in residence at The Savoy, has adorned the walls of the mansion with his own artwork – which is included in the price of the property.
A lucky buyer will also inherit the plush furniture, which includes multicoloured sofas.
The 13-bedroom castle has a gym, a swimming pool, an office, a billiard room, a library and a cinema as well as five bathrooms.
Nikki told Savills: "I love original features, and I like the mix of contemporary and traditional.
"We were definitely looking for a place with large open spaces."
She went on: "We wanted to create an art gallery within the house, so we wanted to have a lot of wall space and be considerate throughout with colour.

"It was a blank canvas at the time, but the view from every window was like a painting."
The land outside the mansion is pretty spectacular too, with mountains all around the 12 acres and private access to the River Teith.
Savills property agent Jamie Macnab said: "The Gart has been given a whole new dimension by the style and workmanship and luxurious edge of the contemporary elements so boldly conceived and executed by Stuart and Nikki."
He added: "The Gart is a remarkable property in a truly spectacular location.
"The McAlpine Millers have created a home for themselves, and an incredible space for guests, that feels both personal and very unique."
