Award-winning porn star Victoria Paris has died of cancer as fellow stars of the adult film industry pay tribute.
The actress, aged 60, passed away last Tuesday, according to AVN.
The American star entered the adult entertainment industry in 1988 and went on to feature in over 100 films.
In 1997, Paris' success as a porn star was immortalised as she was inducted into the AVN Hall of Fame.
Porn director Axel Braun has paid tribute to the star of his very first film, Fantasy Nights.
He said: "It featured the top performers of that era, so it was kind of a big deal. An even bigger deal for me, since it was not only my first time in the US but also my first time on a porn set.
"I wrote the lead specifically for her, because she was very classy and had an aura of innocence that fit perfectly with the story I wanted to tell.
"When I first met her at the table reading she told me that, just like myself, she didn't smoke, drink or do drugs, which was very unusual for the times."
Paris earned a degree in nutrition from Montana State University before moving to Los Angeles and working in adult entertainment.

She also worked as a secretary, mud wrestler, and nude model before making it big.
Paris received her first AVN award in 1990, drawing with fellow performer Tori Welles for the title of Best New Starlet.
She would go onto win several other AVN awards outright in the early 1990s.
Braun also said that: "She was extremely professional, personable and meticulously prepared, which is something that definitely helped make that production smooth and pleasant.

"I bumped into her several times over the years at the Cannes Film Festival, because she loved to travel and she enjoyed the finest things in life. And from my experience with her, she was one."
Paris' most notable films include The Chameleon, The New Barbarians, Sorority Sex Kittens and Live in, Love in in which she starred alongside her husband Robert Bullock.
It has been a sad summer for the adult entertainment industry, with two more of its stars passing away in recent months.
In June, Dakota Skye was found dead in a car aged 27 having struggled with addictions to fentanyl and alcohol, according to her family and friends.
Dahlia Sky also died in June, from a suspected suicide. The 31-year-old was reportedly suffering from depression resulting from her battle with breast cancer.
