Yellowstone season four is expected to premiere in June 2021 on the Paramount Network in the US. Fans have been counting down the days until the show’s release following the huge cliffhanger ending of series three which saw three members of the Dutton family under attack. Will Ryan Bingham return to Yellowstone as Walker in season four? Express.co.uk has everything you need to know.
Will Ryan Bingham return to Yellowstone as Walker?
Ryan Bingham has played the role of Walker on Yellowstone since season one and has appeared in a total of 12 episodes across three seasons.
He was absent from series three until the season finale when he made a surprise return nobody seen coming.
Yellowstone fans will remember at the end of season two, Rip (played by Cole Hauser) asked Kayce (Luke Grimes) to walk Walker to the train station after helping cover up the murder of Sarah Nguyen (Michaela Conlin).
“To the Train Station” in Dutton family terms means to kill the person, ensuring they will never return to Yellowstone.
However, Kayce did not kill Walker and instead allowed Walker to live if he agreed to stay away from the Dutton Ranch for good.
In a shocking twist, Rip and Lloyd ventured to a bar to celebrate Rip’s wedding news, where they spotted Walker playing his guitar in the same bar.
The brothers ended up taking Walker hostage and taking him back to the Yellowstone ranch where he was interrogated about his return from the ‘dead’.
Walker’s return also caused a rift between Kayce and Rip, as Kayce had clearly disobeyed Jamie and his father’s orders to not let Walker leave Yellowstone alive.
There is good news for fans of Walker, it looks like Ryan Bingham will return for the fourth outing of Yellowstone.
Bingham seemingly confirmed the news via his Instagram account, posting a picture of him on the set of Yellowstone.
He captioned the post “#NotDeadYet” sending Yellowstone fans wild.
One fan commented: “you’re not dead and gone, baby.”
A second fan said: “Cannot wait for season 4, I have a love/hate relationship with your character.”

A third fan added: “No. You haven’t officially been taken to the train station although time will tell. Hope you’re enjoying your time on Yellowstone Mr Bingham.”
However, Kayce star Luke Grimes teased to Cinemablend the Duttons may let Walker live.
He said: “Yeah, I think Kayce realises it, and if anything goes wrong here that’s on him.
“I think he’s really worried in that moment, trying to get them to fix this.
“The only way to fix it is Walker taking his job back. But not only that, doing some things to prove that he’s not gonna, you know, throw us under the bus.”
Walker did appear to prove his loyalty towards the end of season three, accompanying Rip to the bunkhouse and taking revenge on Wade Morrow (Booths Southerland) by ‘retrieving’ his brand.
Fans will have to wait until Yellowstone season four arrives to find out what will happen to Walker in season four.
