Coronation Street’s Christmas and New Year episodes are set to air at some unexpected times this year.

To avoid missing out on all the cobbles’ action, keep a note of when you can watch the festive episodes – including several hour-long specials – as 2020 draws to a close.

When does Coronation Street air over Christmas?

The first Corrie episodes kick off on Monday, December 21 – tune in at 7.30pm for half an hour, then again at 8.30pm

Wednesday, December 23 also has two half-hour episodes, airing at 7.30pm and later at 8.30pm

On Christmas Eve (Thursday, December 24), Coronation Street starts at 7.45pm

Christmas Day (Friday, December 25) sees a special hour-long episode air from 7pm to 8pm.

Another hour-long programme will air on Monday, December 28, this time at 7.30pm.

When is Coronation Street on over New Year’s Eve?

Wednesday, December 30 has an hour-long show on at 7.30pm.

On New Year’s Eve (Thursday, December 31), you can catch Corrie at the later time of 8.30pm.

A final 60-minute show will air on New Year’s Day (Friday, January 1) at 8pm.

What are Coronation Street’s Christmas storylines?
