Tom Parker’s wife reveals ‘traumatic’ moment The Wanted star had a seizure

Tom Parker's wife Kelsey has spoken about the "traumatic" moment he had a seizure in front of her and their young daughter Aurelia.

The Wanted star is battling a terminal brain tumour after being diagnosed with stage 4 glioblastoma and has already undergone his six weeks of chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatment.

Appearing on Loose Women, Kelsey spoke bravely about how they have been dealing with the diagnosis and witnessing Tom, 32, having a seizure.

"So we believe Tom had a seizure in July. But I wasn't actually around, so Tom rang me like, 'I don't really feel well Kels. Something's happened'. I said, 'What do you think Tom?' He said, 'I don't know'," she explained.

"So for six weeks we didn't know he had a seizure. Then we went on holiday with the family.

"Me and Aurelia went upstairs to Tom in bed. We were talking, just having a normal conversation, and he said, 'Kels, I feel really hot, my hands are sweating,' and I'm like, 'Okay.' Next minute, massive seizure.

"Thankfully, I was with my family so my stepdad came running in with my auntie and they dealt with the situation. I took Aurelia out of the room.

"Obviously it was just absolutely overwhelmingly traumatic for everyone," she added.

The pop star initially thought he had "man flu" before finding out he had an inoperable brain tumour.

Asked by the Loose Women panelists how she manages to stay positive, she replied: "For my kids, for Tom, for my family. I think in this situation, it’s a really bad horrendous situation.

"But I think staying positive is the only way to get through this."

Kelsey was heavily pregnant when they found out about Tom's condition.

The couple recently welcomed newborn son Bodhi after describing him as the "light at the end of our tunnel".

Tom recently posted a series of cute photos of his newborn baby son peacefully sleeping wearing a pale pink woollen hat.

In the second snap, Bodhi was pictured clutching a small heart-shaped toy close to his cheek.

Tom captioned the adorable post: "Bodhi Thomas Paris Parker."

Bodhi was born in October shortly after the family announced the news of Tom's brain tumour.

Kelsey had a short birth time of just 30 minutes.
