Tim Vincent in hunky transformation after swapping Blue Peter for Hollywood

Former Blue Peter presenter Tim Vincent looks incredible – more than 25 years since swapping the popular BBC children's programme for Hollywood.

The TV icon presented Blue Peter between 1993 to 1997, alongside presenters including Romana D'Annunzio, Katy Hill, and Stuart Miles, after originally rising to fame on ITV drama Children's Ward.

From there, he landed a major presenting role in America on Access Hollywood and lived in New York for a period of time, before returning back to the UK where he still works as a roving reporter for the programme.

The dad-of-two, 50, regularly shares snaps of his life with fans on social media, and has displayed a hunky transformation that sees the star looking as youthful as ever.

Smiling for the camera, the star did not appear to have aged a day as he posed for a sweet snap with his dog Rosie, at the opening of a pet store in his hometown of Wrexham.

Tim has also given fans a glimpse into his glittering Hollywood career during a recent interview too, as he revealed the secret nickname given to him by film icon Robert De Niro what it was like to speak to stars including Bruce Willis.

Having participated in private helicopter rides with Enrique Iglesias, interviewed stars including Robert Redford and Angelina Jolie, and spent time on a yacht with Bruce Willis in Cannes, Tim has interviewed some of the biggest icons in Hollywood.

However, he recalled the first time he met Bruce Willis, and how he caught the actor off-guard after asking Bruce what ex-wife Demi Moore's wedding to Ashton Kutcher was like in 2005.

Speaking to Wales Online, Tim said he caught Bruce "off guard," as he was not expecting the question, and that Bruce "just gave me this really really dirty look."

However, when he interviewed the actor two weeks later, Tim apologised to the star, saying: "We got off to a bad start. I want to say that I’m a big fan of yours," adding he asked: "Can we start again and I will ask you some serious questions."

The two subsequently formed a close bond, with Tim adding: "He’s another one who doesn’t like doing media but whenever I was on the red carpet he’d walk past everybody and come up to me and go: 'Hey buddy. How are you?'.

"And all the other journalists on the red carpet would go: 'What? How? Why?'"

Tim also has a close bond with the actor Robert De Niro, who even coined a sweet nickname for the presenter.

"I did a lot of stuff with Robert De Niro who I was a massive fan of," said Tim.

"I was always pretty good with him and because he was doing lots of stuff while I was out there I interviewed him a lot and eventually he would request me to go first so he was warmed up by me.

"He had a nickname for me – Tolerable Tim. He doesn’t like the press as a general rule."
