When will the rest of Lucifer season 5 be on Netflix?
Lucifer season five, part one, premiered on Netflix on Friday, August 21.
As season five was originally supposed to the final series, Netflix ordered an epic 16 episode long final season.
Therefore, Lucifer season five was scheduled to be released in two halves, with the first eight episodes dropping in August 2020.
Now with the first eight episodes being available to stream and download on Netflix now, fans want to know when the remaining eight will be available.

Unfortunately, an exact release date has not yet been given for the remaining eight episodes.
One thing is for sure, fans do not want to be waiting until next August for the rest of Lucifer to drop.
There are some slight issues which may hinder the release of part two of Lucifer season five.
For example, the ongoing coronavirus outbreak delayed filming on season five finale.
Speaking to Da Man Magazine, Tom Ellis revealed the filming the finale for Lucifer season remains incomplete.
However, production on several film and television series has slowly begun to resume, which means the cast and crew of Lucifer may return sooner than later to finish the episode.
Speaking on the Pilot TV podcast, Ellis gave an update on the release date for pat two of season five.
He said: “The second eight episodes, I’m not sure when they’re going to drop because we’ve still got the finale.

“We were about halfway through it. So we go back, we start with that, and then we go straight into season six.
“So hopefully that’ll be ready to go, I would imagine, sort of Christmastime or early next year.”
The incomplete fifth season could allow for showrunners Idly Modrovich and Joe Henderson to alter the intended ending for season five.
Unfortunately for fans, this means like season four, the fifth outing of Lucifer could end on a huge cliffhanger.
Thankfully, Lucifer has been given the green light for a sixth and final series.
Hopefully, part two of season five will arrive on screens pretty soon, with season six airing in August 2021.
Ellis told Da Man Magazine: “For a long time we thought we were making the final season of ‘Lucifer,’ so we decided to adopt the mentality of ‘go big or go home’.
“Subsequently, most of the episodes are closer to an hour than usual and they are packed with fantastic stories and performances.”
