Love Island’s latest episode pulled from schedule after Caroline Flack’s death

Love Island's Saturday night episode has been pulled from the ITV2 schedules, it's been claimed, following former host Caroline Flack's death.

The Unseen Bits episode will not air, with it not yet confirmed whether the show will air as normal on Sunday.

A lawyer for the Flack family confirmed that Caroline took her own life and was found in her east London flat on Saturday.

Reacting to the tragic news, ITV said in a statement on Saturday evening: "Everybody at Love Island and ITV is shocked and saddened by this desperately sad news.

"Caroline was a much loved member of the Love Island team and our sincere thoughts and condolences are with her family and friends."

Twitter user Scott Bryan posted: "ITV2 has pulled tonight’s Love Island: Unseen Bits tonight from schedules. No word on main show yet."

Mirror Online have contacted a spokesperson for ITV for comment.

It comes after Caroline's family confirmed the news in a heartbreaking statement.

A family spokesperson said: "We can confirm that our Caroline passed away today on the 15th February.

"We would ask that the press both respect the privacy of the family at this difficult time."
