Love Island’s Joe tells furious Amy to ‘f*** off’ – and Lucie left in tears

Love Island viewers witnessed a dramatic kick off tonight when Joe Garratt told Amy Hart to "f*** off".

The sandwich boy aired his frustration at the air stewardess during a heated clash that left Lucie Donlan in tears.

Amy told Lucie that she felt she was spending all her time with Joe and drifting away from the rest of the girls.

She said: “We should go and have a girl chat because we never see you anymore. You’re always with your bloody boyfriend!”

Hitting back by referring to her relationship with Curtis Pritchard, furious Joe replied: "F*** off. You're together all the time."

Amy insisted she was "never with Curtis" as the temperature hotted up in the kitchen.

Joe claimed Amy could take Lucie away as much as she wanted to.

In the Beach Hut, Amy vented: "Lucie needed me a lot in the first few days because she needed advice but we never see her anymore. Her and Joe just sit on their own. I tried to bring her back into the group because I don’t want her to feel like she isn’t in the group, I was basically told to ‘go away’."

Amy then stormed over to the day beds and filled Amber Gill in with the latest drama.

"I was basically told to f*** off," said Amy, who claimed she was going to "do an Elsa" and "let it go".

While this was going on, upset Lucie raced inside after her confrontation with Amy.

She said: "She says “It’s annoying because she is meant to be my closest friend. I don't know why she can't be happy for me.”

Joe comforted Lucie by saying they will just worry about their own relationship.

Reflecting in the Beach Hut, Lucie said: “I feel Amy, as soon as I've started to show my feelings to someone, Amy has got a little bit weird about it. I’m really happy for her. I don’t know why she can’t be happy for me.”

Love Island fans took to Twitter after watching the awkward moment.

One viewer said: "Hang on why is Amy being told to f*** off? AND WHY IS LUCIE CRYING OVER IT??? Sandwich boy needs to wind his neck in"

Another added: "How’s Lucie getting upset with Amy but letting it go that Joe told her friend to F*** off what?"

A third said: "Joe said f*** off as a joke, Amy is being annoying lately"
