Love Island first look sees Claudia quiz Casey on Lana amid movie night drama

Wednesday's episode of Love Island will see Claudia Fogarty sits down with her partner, Casey O’Gorman, to discuss his feelings for former fling Lana Jenkins.

In a teaser for tonight's action-packed episode – which will see the infamous movie night return – Claudia pulls Casey to one side to discuss why he chose makeup artist Lana during the Knowing Me, Knowing You game on Tuesday.

Claudia says: “We’ve never really spoken about the Lana thing.”

“I just need to know that there definitely aren't any feelings for Lana anymore," she adds.

Casey infamously made a play for Lana when he entered the villa as a bombshell and even coupled up with her before she ultimately went back to Ron Hall.

After the dreaded Casa Amor segment arrived, with twelve new bombshells entering to shake up the islanders, Maya Jama came onto the scene for a recoupling and the subsequent dumping of nine contestants.

Casey was the first to share his decision after kissing both Sanam Harrinanan and Cynthia Otseh-Taiwo, with the latter straddling him on the terrace.

"I wanted to come into the Casa experience and get to know the girls, and I feel like I did that. But no one is as special as my girl Claudia," he admitted, which made Cynthia break her composure and begin to cry.

"A little bit. I was snogging you on the terrace so, you know. We were straddling, we were kissing, so…." Cynthia scathed when Maya asked for her opinion before adding, "I know you've been honest, and you said that someone will get hurt. I have got hurt."

Claudia was taken aback by the admission but soon laughed it off, which sparked a fierce reaction from the other bombshells and Cynthia herself.

"It's obviously funny, isn't it?" Cynthia hit back as she sobbed, as Claudia added, "What's funny? I'm literally laughing at something else. Don't start, because I'm laughing at something else."

Following her dumping, Cynthia said: “We’d spent the whole day together. Even if I’d got a little inkling, like if he was a bit off with me that morning, then I’d have been like ‘OK, he’s probably not going to pick me’.

"But I didn’t get that at all. I didn’t get that vibe. If anything it kind of reassured me a bit more that I was probably going to get picked from certain things he was saying. I can only go based on what he’s told me at face value.

"I think he’s going to regret it. If you say that you have something special with someone like Claudia, you wouldn’t have been doing everything you were doing with me."

While Cynthia is open to becoming friends with Casey when he leaves the villa, she won't be taking him back as "I’m not really interested in being second best to be quite honest with you."
