BRIT Award viewers were left stunned after singer Ellie Goulding was asked if her boobs were real as she presented an award during tonight’s award ceremony (February 11th)

As the 36-year-old singer took to the stage with singer-songwriter Tom Grennan to present the award for Best Newcomer, they greeted the audience and viewers at home with an odd exchange.

Ellie walked out on stage dressed in one of her raciest looks yet, going braless in a daring wet-look top that featured a detailed bust on the front.

Ellie's top, which appeared to be made of a thin PVC-like material, also featured a belly button indent and a backless design.

Clearly distracted by the look, Tom asked her if her boobs “were real?”

She replied explaining that here were "much further apart.”
