Coronation Street's Leanne Battersby is set to endure an emotional exit from the cobbles as a drug raid goes horribly wrong.
Viewers have watched Leanne go through a horrific time on the ITV soap as she was forced to sell drugs for twisted Harvey to protect her son Simon.
Harvey continued to order Leanne to sell drugs and he even made her pose as a nurse to ferry his substances around.
She reached breaking point and headed to the police, only for the officers to arrest her and decide to use her as a mole.
Things will turn from bad to worse for Leanne as ITV spoilers revealed she will make an emotional exit.
In episodes airing next week, Leanne continues to face struggles as she attempts to get Harvey caught by the police.
Ned, one of Harvey's dealers, shows up at her flat and explains he's expecting a delivery and he'll be using her flat to bag up the drugs.
Leanne is left horrified as Simon lets himself in and Ned introduces himself.
Later, Leanne and Simon convince Ned they're on his side after he was suspicious when Leanne quizzed him.
Leanne heads out of the flat, leaving Simon alone with Ned.
She meets up with DC Costello and fills him in on Ned's drug plans.
Later, Ned forces Leanne to phone in sick to work as the drugs delivery is going ahead.
Harvey sets off to pick up the drugs, taking Simon with them. Leanne begs them to take her instead, but they ignore her.
In other scenes, Harvey tells Leanne he was set up and someone grassed him up.
Leanne admits it was her and she confides in sister Toyah, telling her she has to move away with Simon as it's the only way they can be safe.
Nick soon arrives at the flat and reveals Toyah has told him everything.
Leanne is tearful as Nick tells her he still loves her and wants to work things out, but she says it's too late.
Nick fills Sarah and David in on why Leanne has to move away and so he now has to choose between her and son Sam.
