It looks like Coronation Street viewers will see Gary Windass (Mikey North) forced to look at what he's done in his past after Christmas.
Recently on the ITV soap, Sarah Platt (Tina O'Brien) phoned the police and told them they knew where a body was buried and who had put it there.
However Gary is still trying to hide the truth from everyone, even Rick's daughter Kelly Neelan (Millie Gibson) who is desperate to find out where her dad is.
Coronation Street spoilers reveal that it's all action in the days between Christmas and New Year's Eve for Gary and Sarah.
Adam Barlow (Sam Robertson) calls around at No8 and tells a shocked Sarah that he knows she told the police about the body in the woods.
Sarah explains everything and says how she finally came to her senses and realised it was time that Gary got his just desserts.
Adam eventually leaves, and Sarah is anxious as she wonders what he'll say to the police.
Later, he confronts Gary in the furniture shop and suggests that he was the one who dug up Rick's body.
Faye Windass (Ellie Leach) wonders what's going on, but Gary quickly shuts down the conversation.
On New Year's Eve, Sarah goes to the corner shop flat dressed up in all her glam gear and carrying a bottle of wine.
She suggests to Adam that they see in the New Year together, leaving him touched.
Sarah pops open the wine and Adam watches her lovingly, suggesting that they should start again with a clean slate.
She smiles at him seductively.
Meanwhile, a clearly upset Kelly confronts Gary and demands to know what he's done to her dad.
Could Gary be about to be caught in his own web of lies?
Or will he somehow manage to talk his way out of the situation yet again?
Coronation Street airs Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7.30pm and 8.30pm on ITV
