WE enjoyed two days of racing on ITV over the weekend and there were some taking performances in the UK and Ireland.
But who or what has made it onto the big stage in my latest Good, Bad & Ugly column? Let's find out…
I don't know about you, but I reckon the Sussex Stakes at Glorious Goodwood could well turn into one of the races of the season as we anticipate two Guineas winners taking on a horse who might just have been a Guineas winner if injury hadn't struck.
The 2000 Guineas hero Kameko is primed to drop back to a mile having failed to stay in the Derby at Epsom. He might still have plenty to bring this campaign under the champion Oisin Murphy.
Siskin, the Irish 2000 hero, will take him on in a clash of the three-year-old miling titans. Regular partner Colin Keane will travel over from Ireland despite crazy quarantine rules which mean he will be sidelined on his return.
Then there is Mohaather, who blitzed his rivals in the Summer Mile and did that day what some of us always felt he could do.
Mohaather might have landed the 2019 Guineas if he had not had a setback after his Greenham success. Marcus Tregoning and his team deserve huge credit for bringing him back better than ever. Bring it on.
It's bad news for Battaash fans that Golden Pal is primed to take him on in the Nunthorpe Stakes at York, but good news for us racing fans.
Now the Wesley Ward US-trained Golden Pal will never have had to go as fast in his life as he will against the Bat-mobile, but then again he will only have to hump 8st 1lb, while Battaash will feel like Robin and a jockey is on his back with 9st 10lb.
Golden Pal is no normal-looking juvenile, as one thing that was noticed about the Norfolk runner-up is that he is built like a brick outhouse.
Youngsters have done well over the years in the Nunthorpe, and with the fast improving Art Power also likely to head to the Knavesmire, the race will be a cracker.
I'm not sure Liberty Beach will be disgraced as well if he runs, or A'Ali for that matter. This will be a big test for Battaash.

I'm not sure about you, but I am a baked bean lover. I mean I don't want to go overboard about them, but if someone offers me beans I'm happy to consume them with vigour.
That said, there are always people with extremes when it comes to food, and we learnt last week that one of the secrets to young Cieren Fallon's success is the baked bean. He eats, sleeps and probably drinks baked beans.
There is an issue here though. Baked beans can have some effect on errrrrr your undercarriage.
Now jockeys spend plenty of time in the car. I would not want to be in Fallon's car very often – it could get ugly!
