VALSE AU TAILLONS (2.40 Warwick)

She looked very much in need of her comeback at Stratford last time when never getting going.

That was a shame because she improved plenty last season with a win at the same track followed by two placed efforts at Uttoxeter and Chepstow.

The handicapper has given her a little help as she steps back up to her winning distance and that could make the difference.

She will be a good bit fitter today and can give us a good run at a price.

Each way thief

CASWELL BAY (2.50 Ffos Las)

Returning to soft ground can be the making of this five-year-old who struggled in firm conditions at Chepstow last time.

That Silver Trophy was a much stronger race than this too and the handicapper has eased him 4lb which should help.

His last success came in these testing conditions and he should be much more like it today.

VITALLINE (4.25 Kempton)

This two-year-old got the job done nicely on his handicap debut over course and distance last time.

Despite that he is still available at an each-way price as he bids to follow up.

David Probert keeps the ride and a 5lb rise in the weights gives him every chance. It’s still very early days so there should be plenty of improvement to come.

Aside from these, SunSport resident tipster Templegate has picked a horse in each race on Wednesday.
