David and Victoria Beckham share sweet snaps from Miami family holiday

David and Victoria Beckham shared a series of fun family snaps on social media yesterday.

The couple, who celebrate their 20th wedding anniversary next month, took their four children to Miami for a sun-soaked half term vacation.

Brooklyn, 20, Romeo, 16, Cruz, 14, and Harper, seven, joined their parents for a rare family picture which was posted online.

David, 44, shared the happy snap on Instagram with his 55.8 million followers, along with the caption: “Thank you Miami what a beautiful week, creating special memories & so excited @intermiamicf… So many more to come.”

Fashion designer Victoria, 45, could be seen modelling one of her own creations in the image during their family outing.

She donned a pair of slim fitting cream trousers with a coordination lace camisole top and snakeskin heels.

David, 44, and the boys looked effortlessly cool in casual T-shirt and shirt combinations worn with jeans and trainers, while the couple’s only daughter rocked a colourful striped dress and flip flops.

During the vacation the famous family made the most of the warm weather, enjoying several boat rides and a spot of fishing.

One image showed David and Victoria looking cosy on a luxury yacht as they cruised around the bay.

Other images capture Romeo leaping into the ocean in Miami Bay and the Beckham clan’s first ride though the everglade.

Footage posted on David’s Instagram Stories showed Harper giving her father a kiss and sitting on his lap to watch the fast-moving view go by.

The father-of-four, who is a UNICEF Ambassador, is backing a new campaign to call on governments and businesses around the world to back more family friendly policies to supporting working parents during their children’s early years.

He wrote: “The most important role I will ever have is being a father raising my kids with @victoriabeckham means everything to me.

I’m supporting @unicef who are calling for more family friendly policies to support parents. Head to @unicef to find out more.”

VAR to be used at Nations League finals in Portugal

Media playback is not supported on this device

Video assistant referees are to be used at this week’s Nations League finals.

It is the first time VAR has been used in a national team competition run by European football’s governing body Uefa.

The technology was used at the 2018 World Cup and in this season’s Champions League knockout stages, while it will make its debut in the Premier League next season.

The Nations League starts on Wednesday when hosts Portugal play Switzerland.

England face the Netherlands in the other semi-final on Thursday. The third-place play-off and final are on Sunday.

VAR checks for “clear and obvious errors” relating to four match-changing situations: goals, mistaken identify, red cards and incidents in the penalty area.

New ‘Black Widow’ Set Photos Spark Rumors This Hero Isn’t Dead

Scarlett Johansson is pictured on a lake holding a red object which is believed to be an Infinity Stone, and is seen filming a funeral scene in another photo.

AceShowbiz -New photos have leaked from the set of the heavily-guarded Marvel movie “Black Widow” and they spark a speculation that a fan-favorite hero is not dead. Despite her apparent demise in “Avengers: Endgame“, some fans believe that one of the new set pics gives hope that Scarlett Johansson‘s Natasha Romanoff a.k.a. Black Widow is resurrected and alive after events in the recent blockbuster movie.

The said photo sees Johansson walking into the water or emerging from a lake while holding a red object, which is believed to be an Infinity Stone. Judging from its color, it looks like the Reality Stone. Some people have been speculating that Captain America (Chris Evans) went back in time to resurrect Natasha with the Reality Stone, when he time travelled at the end of “Endgame”.

In another photo taken from the set in Norway, Natasha appears to be attending a funeral. The actress was pictured walking across the graveyard while crew members were holding umbrellas to shield her and another woman, who appeared to her double, as she sported a similar hairstyle.

Johansson was also seen filming on a mountaintop. She seemed to be shooting an exercise scene, running while being covered by cameras on helicopters.

“Black Widow” began filming in Norway in May as Johansson was spotted on the island of Vigra in the village of Saebo. She was seen arriving in the town on a ferry. The island is believed to serve as the background for Black Widow’s childhood, while the movie is reportedly filming under the working title “Blue Bayou”.

Considering the character’s fate in “Endgame”, it has been widely believed that “Black Widow” would be a prequel. The latest set photo, however, gives fans hope that she would return from the dead.

“Black Widow” will focus on Johansson’s Natasha Romanoff, a Russian spy and assassin who later defects to the United States and becomes an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Avenger. Cate Shortland is on board as director, with the script provided by Jac Schaeffer (“The Hustle“). Florence Pugh, Rachel Weisz and David Harbour have been reported to join the cast. Disney reportedly eyes a 2020 release for the solo movie.

Where to now for Carlton?

With just one win for the season, and 16 across his 77 games in charge, Carlton have sacked Brendon Bolton.

This week on The Age Real Footy Podcast, we take a look at why Bolton was sacked, the timing of the decision, and the future for the Blues.

Is their list as good as they think it is? How will the pick trade with Adelaide be looked back on at the end of the season? Will they get a "bounce" under interim coach David Teague? And what kind of coach should they look for going forward?

Caroline Wilson, Jake Niall and Michael Gleeson also discuss Collingwood's loss – one they had been dicing with for weeks – and one of the biggest worries for the Pies: Dayne Beams, who is not the player he was last season.

Meanwhile, we ask whether Melbourne should "shut up shop" for the rest of the season (though the Dees have been taking steps in the right direction), chat about the game in China, which was a bad day made worse for St Kilda thanks to Jarryn Geary's injury, and look Rhyce Shaw's performance as North Melbourne coach, where he has inherited one of the toughest gigs in football.

All this plus the whispers about Tom Boyd's potential return to playing football, which club would be the best fit for Brett Ratten should he get back to senior coaching, and a look back at the Tigers' "woeful" performance against North Melbourne.

Love Island bosses make big changes to villa – including hideaway secret button

The wait it almost over, and in a matter of hours we'll see a fresh new bunch of singletons head into the Love Island villa.

They will move into the same glamorous Majorca house that was used last year, but it's been given some exciting new features ahead of the 2019 series.

The Islanders will still have most of the same things in the villa – a gorgeous swimming pool, a gym, a make-up room and a very cosy bedroom – but there have been a few tweaks and changes.

We've looked at all the things which are slightly different in the villa ahead of the launch show.

The hot tub

There was a hot tub in the garden last year, but bosses decided to move it from the garden into the Hideaway for 2019.

During her sneak preview tour, Caroline Flack revealed it has been moved because nobody used it last year.

The secret button

A new secret compartment has been added to the Hideaway , but to open it you'll have to find the secret button.

We're not sure what's going to be inside it – and even Caroline hasn't been told – but we're sure it will be something excited.

The presenter said she believes it might be for "some sexy treats".

New seating area

The Islanders will have another seating option for those heart-to-heart chats and secret snogs.

The new seating area is in a more cornered off section of the garden, which makes it a bit more private than the kitchen or the firepit.

Don't miss Love Island news

A new kitchen

The kitchen has been completely refurbished since last year's show – and it looks very, very smart.

The fake grass decoration has disappeared and replaced with a sign saying Eat, Sleep, Crack On, Repeat.

The table has also moved from in front of the kitchen, but we're not sure exactly where it has moved too as it's not visible in any of the official pictures.

New accessories and a colour change

Last year everything in the villa was very pink and blue, but this year lots of the decor is bright yellow.

The bedroom is now yellow and blue, rather than pink and blue, giving it a really bright and summery feel.

There are also lots of yellow cushions, blankets and beanbag chairs scattered around the villa.

A globe

Love Island is now officially on the map thanks to a new globe in the living room.

A new make-up room

It's still in the same place, but the girls' make-up room has had a swanky make-over.

There's a new table with some funky looking chairs.

The room is also filled of lots of lovely products including £300 Dyson hairdryers.

Groping case against actor Kevin Spacey returns to court

NANTUCKET, Mass. — Lawyers for Kevin Spacey are returning to court in the case accusing the former “House of Cards” star of groping a young man at a bar on the island of Nantucket.

A pretrial hearing is scheduled in the Nantucket District Court on Monday.

Authorities say the assault happened in 2016 at the Club Car, where the 18-year-old worked as a busboy.

Spacey pleaded not guilty in January to a charge of indecent assault and battery. His lawyers have called the allegations “patently false.”

In court documents filed Friday, Spacey’s attorney accused the man of deleting texting text messages that support Spacey’s claims of innocence. The accuser’s attorney declined to comment.

The judge has ordered the Club Car to turn over surveillance footage from the night in question by Monday.

Matthew Vaughn Reveals Rejected Plans for Unorthodox ‘Man of Steel’ Reboot

The box office success of “Man of Steel” in 2013 inspired Warner Bros.’ plans for a cinematic universe featuring other DC Comics characters. Directed by Zack Snyder and starring Henry Cavill, it was followed by “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” and “Suicide Squad” in 2016, “Wonder Woman” and “Justice League” in 2017, “Aquaman” in 2018, and “Shazam!” in 2019. But after the relative box-office failure of “Justice League,” the studio seems to have abandoned an MCU-style shared universe in favor of more director-led and character-driven installments — and both Ben Affleck, who played Batman, and Cavill himself have walked away from their roles.

What’s remarkable is that there never was a “Man of Steel 2” but in a new interview “X-Men: First Class” and “Kingsman: The Secret Service” director Matthew Vaughn reminds fans that he was being eyed by Warner Bros. to direct that sequel around 2017. (Talks would eventually fall through, and Vaughn is no longer attached to any such project.)

Speaking to Polygon, Vaughn shares his vision for a Superman film that he and “Kick-Ass” collaborator Mark Millar pitched to the studio as early as 2008 — which would have been the first film in a new trilogy — and “was meant to take place almost entirely on Krypton, and focus on Jor-El and the impending explosion of Krypton.”

“Man of Steel”

Adding that they then would’ve incorporated ideas from that original vision into a “Man of Steel” sequel, the story would’ve altered Kal-El’s comic book origin story, in which he’s depicted as a baby sent to earth in a small spaceship by his biological family, Jor-El and Lara, moments before Krypton was destroyed. Vaughn and Millar’s original take would’ve seen Kal-El/Superman not leave for earth until much later in the timeline, as an adult, after gradually learning about his eventual destination.

Millar described their idea as “massive, uplifting,” and “hopeful.” Although sadly it may never be seen, as Vaughn also told Polygon that the movie was no longer happening, but he’d still love to direct a Superman film if given the opportunity.

As of today, details on a “Man of Steel” sequel, or any other Superman movie, remain unclear. In April 2018, it was reported that Christopher McQuarrie was considering directing the film but later dropped out. And in September 2018, Henry Cavill was said to have parted ways with Warner Bros., and will no longer don the red cape at all.

Meanwhile, the other DC caped crusader, Batman, is getting a facelift, as Warner Bros. has officially closed a deal for Robert Pattinson to play the character in director Matt Reeves’ superhero tentpole, which hits theaters on June 25, 2021.

British Airways resumes flights to Pakistan after ten years

British Airways resumes flights to Pakistan more than ten years after axing the route following deadly terrorist attack in Islamabad that left 54 dead

  • A suicide bomber hit the Marriott hotel in Pakistan in 2008, injuring six Britons
  • British Airways pulled out of flights to the country due to safety fears
  • Now after nearly 11 years, it made its first flight back to the country last night

British Airways resumed flights to Pakistan last night, more than a decade after suspending the route following a terrorist attack in the capital Islamabad.

It had pulled out after a suicide bomber hit the Marriott Hotel in September 2008 with a truck full of explosives, which left at least 54 people dead and nearly 300 injured, including six British citizens.

There will be three flights a week between Heathrow and Islamabad, and British Airways – the only Western airline to serve Pakistan – will offer a halal meal option in every class and ensure sauces do not include alcohol or pork.

Aftab Khan, who speaks English and Urdu, is one of the crew operating the inaugural flight, which is due to depart London at 9.15pm.

Kelly Ripa & Mark Consuelos Wish Happy 22nd Birthday To Son Michael With Touching Video — Watch

Where has the time gone? That’s what Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos are asking in a precious video birthday tribute to their son Michael as he turns 22-years-old.

Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos seem so youthful themselves yet they’re celebrating their son Michael turning 22-years-old on June 2. And the couple marked the occasion with a heartfelt look back at photos from his entire life. To add a dramatic flair, the picture montage is set to the operatic classic “Nessun Dorma” as photos scroll past of Michael’s childhood, his relationship with his siblings Lola, 17, and Joaquin, 16, at various stages of their lives and his handsome adulthood. From when he was a baby to stills of him starring in Riverdale as an adult, the touching video has it all.

Happy Birthday @michaelconsway ♥️ talented, handsome, smart, kind, and 22. You started this whole thing!” Kelly, 48, captioned the Instagram video she shared on her page. Mark, 48,  posted a picture from a 2002 photo booth shot taken during a trip to Australia where he and his mini-me son smile brightly. “Happy 22 to our @michaelconsway…you’ve led the way…We love you. So proud of you,” he wrote next to it.

Kelly put a ton of thought into her amazing video. She really went back through the scrapbooks to find pics of Mark holding baby Michael while in a swimming pool. In another, Kelly is holding on lovingly to her son when he looked to be pre-school aged. In yet another classic pic — which was bold of Kelly thanks to her poofy 90’s hair — the couple are seated on a sofa while holding an infant Michal in between them, marveling at their first born.

The video got plenty of love from the couple’s famous friends. ABC News anchor David Muir commented “Should be more Michaels in this world – sweet and kind happy birthday 💪.” Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Rinna gave the video five star gold emojis with “🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.” Kelly and Mark’s BFF Andy Cohen wrote “Happy Birthday MJC!” Awww, it’s so sweet how much love the family has from their celebrity pals.
