What's coming to Hulu in July 2021 – and what's leaving

If you’re a music lover you’re definitely going to want to check out Hulu’s new arrivals this July.

Questlove makes his directorial debut with “Summer of Soul,” a documentary about The Harlem Cultural Festival in 1969. The film, premiering July 2 on the streaming platform, features performances from the festival from legendary artists including Stevie Wonder, Nina Simone, Mahalia Jackson, the Staple Singers and more.

A new music documentary series, “McCartney 3,2,1,” also premieres on Hulu on July 16. In the six-episode series, Paul McCartney discusses his incredible career, the power of songwriting and more with famed producer Rick Rubin.

Some more buzzworthy titles coming to the service include season 2 of “This Way Up,” season 2 of “The Mighty Ones” and Ryan Murphy’s new anthology series, “American Horror Stories.”
