Stacey Solomon sparks intense debate by revealing how often she changes her bedding

During a radio interview on Tuesday morning,Stacey Solomon , who isdue to give birth in the next few weeks, sparked debate by disclosing how frequently she changes her bedding.

The host of Sort Your Life Out, who is known for her cleaning tips and tricks which she shares with her 5.5 million followers, offered her opinion on how frequently bed sheets should be changed.

James Barr, the host of Hits Radio, questioned Stacey and inquired as to how frequently he ought to change his bedding now that he has recently become single.

At first, the star said once a week. James seemed surprised by how often the TV personality changed her sheets, with Stacey then changing her answer to once a month. She said: “Do you know what? While you are single and enjoying that life, wallow in your own filth for a little while.

“You've got no one to impress. You know when you're single and you don't have to shave your legs ? So you just go full Gruffalo. I feel it's the same.”

According to Sleep Foundation, most people should wash their sheets once per week.

If you don't sleep on your mattress every day, you may be able to stretch this to once every two weeks or so. Some people should wash their sheets even more often than once a week

One Twitter user said: "Once a week is quite often? I usually do two weeks!" While another wrote: "Twice a week at least is normal for me!:

Stacey recently joked about feeling like a “sloth”as she prepares for her upcoming birth in the next few weeks. “I feel like gross at the minute, I’m at that stage where I actually can’t breathe,” the 33 year old confessed on social media.

She added that she was “so massive,” her clothes barely fit her anymore, before demonstrating that she could no longer pull her pyjama top down over her bump.

Stacey has opened up about her pregnancy struggles, with the Loose Women panelist even being candid about her sex life with husband Joe Swash. In January, she revealed that she had ruled out any sex as she got closer and closerto her due date.

Taking to her Instagram on 21 January, Stacey asked for suggestions on what she and Joe should do whilst their kids visiting their grandparents. Stacey wasn’t very keen on one fan’s idea, which was to have some “sexytime,” in the hopes of fast-tracking the baby’s arrival.

Laughing, Stacey said that that would be a “physical impossibility”, admitting that she can’t even put her own socks on at this stage of pregnancy.

Fans believe that they've worked out the gender of her unborn baby , spotting the star dressed in pink in two separate photos. Flocking to Stacey's comment section, some of her followers suggested that this colour scheme may be a clue as to the gender of her child.

One fan wrote: "Does all this pink mean it’s a girl?" while a second commented: "Looks like it’s another princess."

Others agreed with these theories, with another follower commenting: "All that pink I'm guessing it's another girl Stacey congratulation" and a fourth asked: "Is all the pink a clue?"
