Former The Only Way Is Essex star Lucy Mecklenburgh and her actor fiance Ryan Thomas recently bought a new home in Manchester.
The ex Coronation Street star, 36, purchased the property without Lucy, 29, even seeing it first, but promised fans that they would be overhauling the home.
The couple, who have son Roman together, already boast other properties to their name, including a family home in Essex which they reportedly spent £100,000 renovating.
Lucy has also been renovating a separate buy to let property.

She wrote on social media: “We have my house in Essex and Cheshire we had an apartment not suitable for a family.
"We have been house hunting for 2 years! Things always seemed to go wrong but I believe that’s because this was meant to be our home!”
