New dad Orlando Bloom recently revealed his daily routine, which is so bizarre that people online are asking if it's a “spoof”.
The Lord of The Rings actor, 44, follows a very strict routine, which he claimed was typical of a Capricorn.
The star, who has a baby girl called Daisy Dove with fiancee Katy Perry, detailed his typical day at length in an interview with the Sunday Times Magazine.

He first revealed that he begins his day at 6:30 am, and that he immediately checks his sleep tracker to see if he is well-rested.
The new dad then checks on his baby, affording Katy a lie-in. He said: "I'll do eye-gazing with her and sing songs, 'Daddy loves his Daisy Dove', so she knows who Daddy is."

Orlando then chants for 20 minutes before reading some Buddhist teachings, which he likes to share on Instagram.
As for breakfast? "I'll just have some green powders that I mix with brain octane oil, a collagen powder for my hair and nails, and some protein."

Following this he will then do a hike, then at 9am have a bigger breakfast consisting of porridge with cinnamon, hazelnut milk, vanilla paste, goji berries and hazelnuts.
This also includes vegan protein powder.
The star admitted he is 90 percent vegan and that: "I sometimes look at a cow and think, that’s the most beautiful thing ever.”
The star also has a son called Flynn, 10, with supermodel and ex wife Miranda Kerr.
If he is sleeping at his father’s Orlando will then make him breakfast before sending him off to school.
Next he will get dressed in proper clothes, and then begin work on projects that aim to give a voice to minorities.
For lunch he will have stew or vegetables, and sometimes has it professionally prepared by a team. Then he does meetings via Zoom or reads scripts.
While doing this he likes to play with Lego as it makes him feel like he has achieved something and is being "creative".
In the evening he will put Daisy to bed, then watch a film or documentary, before aiming for eight hours sleep.
The interview has so far resulted in the star being mocked on Twitter.
