A hair stylist has shared her hacks on TikTok to avoiding frizzy hair no matter what and it is so simple after a fan asked her opinion.
AVOID WASHING EVERY DAY
"Your hair needs to absorb those oils in order to stay healthy and hydrated," she said as there are still people with long hair who like to wash their hair every single day.
"If you wash your hair too soon, it'll leave it dry and brittle."
NO TIGHT BUNS FOR SLEEP
"Don't sleep with your hair in a tight bun or tight style," Taylor warned.
"It causes a lot of breakage around your hairline and in your hair. So just do a loose braid or keep your hair down."
NO UPDOS WITH WET HAIR
"Your hair stretches out when it's wet and shrinks when it's dry, so if it's in a really tight style and being constricted, it can't shrink back to its normal state so it'll break!"
She suggested to wait until it was fully dry so it looks its best.
"When you're detangling your hair, start at the bottom and work your way up," the hairstylist suggested.
"If you start at the top and rip it down, it leads to breakage."
HEAT PROTECTING PRODUCTS
"Aways use a heat-protectant, even if you're not using any hot tools because it'll keep your hair happy, healthy, and hydrated," Taylor revealed.
