The Inbetweeners star James Buckley and his wife Clair Meek brought a splash of colour to the red carpet at a star-studded event in London.
Sky's Up Next bash attracted a host of famous faces at Dury Lane's Theatre Royal on Tuesday evening where guests got an exclusive look at what’s coming up next on the channel.
James and Clair looked resplendent in their colourful outfits as they posed for pictures at the event.
James, 34, wore a bold burgundy suit over a white shirt with purple paisley pattern, while Clair chose a bright and beautiful green dress.
The couple, who married in 2012 and have two sons together, Harrison and Jude, are rarely seen at red carpet events.
Greg Davies, who starred with James on the show, was also at the party hosted by Claudia Winkleman, as well as actresses Sheridan Smith, Rose Leslie and Gemma Arterton.
James was hugely popular in The Inbetweeners alongside Joe Thomas, Simon Bird and Blake Harrison, who played Simon Cooper, Will McKenzie and Neil Sutherland.
It also starred Emily Atack who played Charlotte Hinchcliffe between 2008 and 2010.
Croydon-born actor James played sex-mad teen Jay Cartwright and fans were left disappointed when he previously said there 'isn't enough money in the world' to make him want to return to the show.
Radio DJ Chris Moyles asked the actor whether he'd consider returning to the series on his show Radio X.
He said: “If the people who wrote The Inbetweeners said ‘we’ve got a new script’ – it’s basically what everyone’s up to now – do you want to see it? You’d say yes?”
While James said the role of Jay was “the best job in the world”, he unequivocally replied: "No."
Taken aback, Chris asked: “You don’t even want to read it?”
James said: “Not because I don't think I would have an amazing time doing it, because I know I would.
"It was the best job in the world, but it might – you know, as I'm getting older – it's looking like it might be the only thing that I do professionally that is universally loved.
“There's not enough money in the world for me to spoil that.”
James is a Twitch streamer and YouTuber under the channel names 'Completed It Mate' and 'At Home With The Buckleys'.
As reported by Daily Star, the actor has also earned around £800,000 after charging fans £42 for personalised 30-second video messages on Cameo.
