Well what a week it’s been, with Love Island finally returning to our screens – it’s drama-filled already and it’s barely even begun.
It really makes Me and Nath think of our time on the show, and how we’ll always be able to have our first time meeting each other on tape to show Freddie. Who knew years later we’d be planning a wedding?
Speaking of which, we’ve got our venue all planned and ready to go! We couldn’t be more excited, as everything’s coming together now…
I wasn’t one of these girls who planned my wedding, or knew what I wanted from a young age. Obviously I joked with Nath, saying I really wanted to do it in Disneyworld – but he was having none of it!
We were debating just going abroad and doing it, because I think there’s so just so much to do and plan, so it’s nice to just go away and have a honeymoon after… but then we completely fell in love with one location in particular in England, and that was it for us.
The venue that we’ve got is beautiful. Now that we’ve got it, we couldn’t imagine having it anywhere else – it’s so quirky, and really suits our personality. It’s fun, it’s not too formal, and with all our finishing touches and colour scheme, it’s going to look so pretty. We literally only looked at one venue and completely fell in love. We had that feeling, that this is exactly where we need to get married. We can’t wait for you all to see it!

Looking back on the engagement
I've been reminiscing about the time that me and Nathan got engaged in the Love Island villa – time certainly does fly by, and I can't believe how far we've come.
It really was the most magical moment, and all the planning that went into it was amazing.
I still pinch myself every day that we got so lucky. If the wedding is even half as amazing as that, it's going to be the greatest day of our lives – and Freddie's!
Me and Nathan are off to Portugal for a few days with Fred next week, so we can’t wait to just get out of the hustle and bustle and just be a little family.
While it’s lovely planning for a wedding, it can be quite stressful, so there’s nothing we love more than to be by the pool, sharing laughs and making memories.

Freddie is getting bigger and bigger, and we’re so excited for this chapter in our lives and spending time as a family – there’s nothing more special in the world.
Thanks guys, speak to you next week!
