Former Love Island star Anton Danyluk has hit back at claims that he has had plastic surgery after debuting a new look on Instagram.

The 25-year-old, who shot to fame on the 2019 series of the popular dating series, stunned fans on social media with his recent photos, in which he sports an incredibly groomed and chiselled look.

And after a barrage of comments accusing him of going under the knife, Anton has now denied surgery while adding that what he does to his appearance is nobody else's business.

Speaking on FUBAR Radio, Anton explained: "Recently, I've been getting a lot of hate, and it's a lot to do with my face. A lot of people are accusing me of having work done to my face."

Anton continued: "I genuinely haven't had work done to my face. I'm honest, I will say if I have, I don't care. If I want to have work done to my face, it's my face, it's my body. And if that makes me feel good about myself, and I want to do that, good.

"It's my life, I can do what I want. If you want to go out and drink every night and that makes you feel good about yourself, go do that. If you want to go to the gym, you go do that, that's your life."

Anton also admitted that the trolling became so bad under one picture that he was forced to disable the comments.

Speaking on how he deals with online trolls, Anton said: "I can go to my Instagram, and I can say, 'Guys, I've not had this work done to my face', but they're either going to believe it or not going to believe it, I can't change their opinion on that, and that is ultimately what they think. So why waste the energy?

"All I do now is simply delete the comment and block the person. Remove it, it's that simple, it's gone, forget about it. That person does not impact my life."

Anton shot to fame on the ITV dating show back in 2019, when he proved popular with viewers but not quite so much with other contestants in his search for love.

Viewers watched as the successful gym owner was continuously "friend-zoned" by female co-stars during his time in the villa two years ago.

But since leaving the show, he has enjoyed success and is due to launch a new book shortly.

Called 50 Steps to the Best Version of Yourself, the book encourages readers to work on themselves every day and also touches upon his own feelings.
