Jamie Lee Curtis, 62, ensured all eyes were on her as she attended the 78th Venice International Film Festival tonight. The Freaky Friday actress attended to watch the premiere of her new film and receive a coveted Lifetime Achievement Award.

The star turned heads whilst attending the event this evening, showing off her ageless figure in a striking red outfit.

Jamie stunned in a figure-hugging cheetah print dress for the occasion.

The red and black cheetah-inspired fabric met in the middle to fall effortlessly down her legs, forming an elegant thigh-high split.

She paired the dress with a simple silver necklace and black stiletto heels, to avoid taking away any attention from her gown.

While accepting her award, she wore a matching cheetah print face mask.

Jamie was awarded with the Golden Lion for Lifetime Achievement Award Ceremony during the 78th International Film Festival this evening.

The decision was made by the board of the Biennale Di Venezia and the festival’s director, Alberto Barbera.

The awards ceremony took place at the Sala Grande of the Palazzo Del Cinema (Lido Di Venezia).

Following the ceremony was the screening of her new movie, Halloween Kills.

In the film, Jamie will reprise her role as Laurie Strode.

Halloween Kills is directed by David Gorden Green.

The original Halloween film, released in 1978, put Jamie on the map.

The franchise is planning to release another addition to the series, Halloween Ends, to be released in 2022.

Jamie has had a 34-year acting career, having starred in films from Freaky Friday, to Knives Out.

She is the recipient of several awards, including a BAFTA Award and two Golden Golden Awards.

Jamie has been married to Christopher Guest since 1984, with the couple having two children.

Her daughter, Ruby Guest, recently hit the headlines as she publicly came out as transgender.

Jamie watched in “wonder and pride” as her son became her daughter.

Ruby will be getting married next year, and Jamie herself will officiate the ceremony.
