EastEnders stars Cheryl Fergison and Steve McFadden have reunited as the pair came together on a rare day out in London.
Cheryl – who was best known for playing Heather Trott on EastEnders – was seen reuniting with her pal Steve, 62, who ironically plays Phil Mitchell in the soap.
Alongside a snap of her and Steve with Tower Bridge behind them, Cheryl, 57, penned on her Instagram story: "Me and my Big Brov …
"Mr Steve Mcfadden…Thank you for always caring for me and my family and for being so hospitable."
Cheryl and Steve's co-star Danniella Westbrook – who played the role of Sam Mitchell – wrote: "Send him my love please gotta love fingers x."
Claire Sweeney then penned: "Love Stevie," before many fans waded in to comment on the reunion.
"All I see is legends," one wrote, while another said: "Awww nice to see Steve and you together."
A third added: "Awwww such a lovely pic , blimmin cold down by the river ? But lovely!"
A fourth went on to say to Cheryl: "Emotional. Phil and Heather never thought I’d see u two together again."
Cheryl played the character of Shirley Carter’s best friend on the BBC soap from 2007 until 2012 before she was killed off by Phil Mitchell's son Ben Mitchell.
Since the star's exit, she has appeared in Celebrity Big Brother and David Walliams' hilarious sitcom Big School.
It comes after the actress stepped out in her finery as she made a rare red carpet appearance for the West End show, Dirty Dancing – The Classic Story.
Cheryl turned heads as she kept her look of the night simple by wearing a long patterned cardigan with black trousers and a black shirt.
Speaking to The Mirror, the actress said that she "wasn't surprised" that EastEnders got its lowest-ever ratings last Autumn.
The soap received 1.7m, compared to around 7m when she left. Cheryl said: "They need to bring it back down to earth a bit. When the sensational stuff becomes like a movie, it becomes a bit like a blur.
"Arthur stealing the money, Den and Angie’s divorce papers, those were the hearts and lives of real people."
Cheryl added: "The producers need to go out and talk to people. If you wanted explosions, you'd watch Fast and Furious."
