HALLOWEEN is just around the corner, and scary costumes aren’t the only spooky thing to pop up online.

Facebook users have been sharing the most horrific Halloween-themed nails they have seen – and it’s enough to make anyone go bump in the night.

One of the designs shows talon-like nails covered in fake blood and slightly resembling a werewolf claw.

Another shot is off some rather wonky pumpkins splattered on as a design.

Meanwhile, one bride-to-be showed off her sparkling engagement ring with orange and black tips in keeping with the season.

Prince Harry reassured Meghan Markle saying ‘you look amazing’ as she wore her pre-pregnancy dress at WellChild Awards – The Sun

PRINCE Harry reassured Meghan Markle that she "looked amazing" five months after giving birth to Archie as she rewore a stunning £462 pre-pregnancy dress last night.

The Duchess of Sussex, 38, wore the same fitted green P.A.R.O.S.H dress she wore during her engagement interview in November 2017 for the WellChild Awards in London.

Arriving hand-in-hand with Prince Harry, Meghan looked suitably chic as she arrived at the annual awards ceremony with her £1,185 camel coat by Sentaler draped over her shoulders and wearing £562 brown suede Manolo Blahnik heels.

During a conversation with one of the award winners, Meghan revealed that she had has second thoughts about her outfit… although it's a total winner in our eyes.

Emmie Narayan-Nicholas, 10, and her mother Eve met with the couple to discuss Emmie's Kitchen – a charity venture which provides parents with a child staying at the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital with a free three course dinner once a month.

The young award winner told Town & Country: "When [Meghan] sat down, I said 'oh you look amazing and you've just had a baby.'

"Harry looked at her and went, 'See I told you!'"

The 10-year-old then described the couple as "very lovely" and "down to earth".

Meanwhile, Emmie's mother Eve said: "I come from a mixed race family so for me, Meghan makes a difference in my world because she's somebody who looks like me who's married into the Royal Family.

"For my child, it's somebody as a role model and inspiration for her that she's a strong, mixed race woman who is part of the establishment."

Emmie came up with for her charity kitchen when she was diagnosed with Leukaemia in 2017 and was nominated by her grandmother.

The WellChild Awards are held in London every year to celebrate the inspiring achievements of some of Britain's most seriously unwell children.

The annual awards also gives back to social care workers and teachers who look after these children and support them.

In more Royal Family news, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will reveal a "world of pressure and pain behind the brave faces", their documentary maker has claimed.

And The Queen subtly "shoved" Michael Sheen away after he received his OBE to tell him it was "time to go".

MEGHAN Markle stepped out in the same emerald green dress she wore after she announced her engagement to Prince Harry in 2017 for the WellChild Awards in London this evening.

The Duchess of Sussex, 37, looked suitably chic as she arrived at the annual awards ceremony with her £1,185 camel coat by Sentaler draped over her fitted designer dress by luxury brand P.A.R.O.S.H.

Meghan paired her £462 dress with a £688 tortoiseshell scarf bag by Motunas and completed her look with her favourite £562 brown suede Manolo Blahnik high heels.

Walking hand-in-hand with Prince Harry, the Duchess wore her long hair down in her signature loose waves and opted for natural, radiant make-up and a slick of nude lipstick.

In other words, this ultra-glamorous ensemble wouldn't look out of place on the set of Suits.

The new mum first wore the stunning £462 designer dress back in November 2017 when her engagement to Prince Harry was announced.

And for the couple's first Christmas together at The Queen's Sandringham estate in Norfolk, Meghan wore the same chic camel coat but tied it up as she braced the cold December weather.

What's more, this is the first time Meghan has been pictured wearing her engagement ring since the couple returned from their tour of Africa where the Duchess reportedly ditched it in an effort to appear more "low key".

Couple throw VERY elaborate Disney-inspired wedding complete with a 10-tier cake which cost over £1,000 – The Sun

SUPERFANS threw a Disney-themed wedding complete with a 10-tier cake featuring all their favourite characters from the iconic films – costing more than £1,000.

Siobhan Perdue, 24, and Sean, 29, tied the knot earlier this month in a magical ceremony, which had Mickey and Minnie Mouse balloon-animals and Disney-themed place settings.

But the showstopper was their whopping 10-tiered cake, which had a different film on each level and figurines and cupcakes around the bottom.

Their 3ft 10ins tall cake included Beauty and the Beast, Snow White, Toy Story, The Little Mermaid and Cinderella.

Each tier was made up of chocolate, red velvet, vanilla, toffee, caramel and carrot cake, and featured a Mickey and Minnie mouse topper alongside their names.

Siobhan from Swansea, Wales said: “When I first saw the cake, I almost cried it was perfect.

“It was the talk of the wedding, I had so many messages the following day about it – even more than the actual ceremony.”

The cake took 22 hours to make, but Siobhan has refused to reveal how much the cake cost – but confirmed it was more than £1,000.

The cake wasn’t the only Disney twist at the wedding, with the table decorations all matching the showstopper.

Siobhan said: “I was so impressed, every tier was amazing and each one represented our guests table, the Toy Story themed table had figurines and balloons and the same with Frozen, Aladdin and the rest.

“We both absolutely love Disney, the first film we watched together was ‘Beauty and The Beast’ – it only seemed right to have a Disney themed wedding.

“The flower girls were dressed as princesses too.”

It was made by Blissful Bakes and Tea Room in Swansea, who confirmed it was the biggest cake they’ve ever made.

Manager, Mandy Heskins, said: “We have never baked a cake this big before, six tiers is our biggest.

"It took six hours to bake each of the cakes and then 16 hours to decorate, it was fun for everyone but I imagine nerve wrecking for those who had to carry it.

“I would love to make more cakes like this in the future!”

The cake was so big that Siobhan and Sean have enough left over to last them until Christmas.

Siobhan added: “We still have eight tiers left so I think we will be eating cake for the rest of the year!”

Despite hours of work going into the giant cake, it’s been compared to something from a child’s birthday party.

A snap of the colourful cake ended up on Facebook group That’s It I’m Wedding Shaming, where it’s been mocked for its childishness.

Sharing a photo of the cake in all its glory, someone captioned the image: “Advertised as a wedding cake but reads more as a kids party.

“Also 10 tiers? Unless you’re trying to feed a concert hall there’s a huge chance you’re gonna be left with tons of stale cake for the next few weeks.

“Adults that obsess over Disney terrify me.”

And people agree the theme is a little inappropriate for a wedding, with one person saying: “Tbh that’s a beautiful cake but yeah it doesn’t vibe wedding and 10 tiers will feed an army.”

Someone else wrote: “Disney adults are incredibly off-putting.”

A third wrote: “My 5-year-old would go nuts for this, a 25-35 year old however.”

This person thought: “This looks like a birthday party for a spoiled 6 year old that invited way too many kids to their party.”

While somebody else added: “This is ridiculously over-the-top.

“If I was the groom, I would die of embarrassment in front of my friends for having what basically amounts to a princess cake for my wedding.”

Meanwhile this Beyoncé superfan got married in a Queen Bey-themed wedding. 

And these best mates staged a fake wedding complete with bride and groom outfits.

Littlewoods, Next, and ASOS rip off clients with online prices of up to 25% more than high street rivals – The Sun

HIGH-STREET giants are fleecing shoppers by selling rivals’ gear at hugely inflated prices, a Sun probe can reveal.

We found the likes of Next, Littlewoods and online giant Asos selling competitors’ gear at mark-ups of 25 per cent.

Topshop black leather jacket

  • Topshop: £185
  • Littlewoods: £229

Topshop has deals to sell its stuff through Littlewoods, Next and Asos, whose websites often use the exact same display images.

For example, Topshop’s oversized leather biker jacket costs £185 on its website. Littlewoods sells the same jacket for £229 — a hike of £44, or nearly 25 per cent.

A men’s woollen camel overcoat is £89 on Topman’s website but £110 on

And an Accessorize backpack that costs £35 on the firm’s own site is £44 with Littlewoods.

Shopper Emily Booth, of Harrogate, North Yorks, seethed: “I’ve shopped with Littlewoods for years and never thought about checking other places to see if the price is the same. I would with a TV but not a top or dress. It’s awful.”

Littlewoods is not the only retailer pursuing the practice.

A £35 lace midi dress on costs £38 on Next’s site.

And Next whacked £5 on a pair of Office loafers, charging £65 instead of £59.99.

Asos was last night selling a Topshop women’s denim boilersuit for £59 — a tenner more than if it was bought at Topshop itself.

Joe Browns sells its velvet coat for £90 but on Debenhams’ ­website, the price jumps to £95. Littlewoods and Very are both owned by Shop Direct, yet a £28 Dorothy Perkins blouse at is £35 at Littlewoods.

South Londoner Giulia Mencaglia fumed: “I’ve shopped at Next for years and never expected them to charge more for the same clothes as different websites. I don’t understand why they do this.”

The relatively recent trend comes as sales tumble on the High Street.

Emily Salter of GlobalData said: “This issue is increasingly important for consumers. It is hard to compare specific items across ­different websites due to different images and product names.”

Sun columnist and Apprentice star Karren Brady said: “People are used to shopping around for big products like TVs but you’d expect a coat or bag to cost the same no matter where it’s ordered.

“This practice should be stopped to prevent consumers overpaying. These brands should know better.”

MoneySavingExpert’s Guy Anker said: “Whatever you buy, do a comparison, and vote with your feet.”

Next said: “Company policy is to stick to the brand’s RRP, so we are going to look into why some are different.”

‘Hiked prices reflect badly on brands and retailers ’

THE Sun’s Fashion Editor, Gabriele Dirvanauskas, believes the big stores cannot justify their underhand tactics.

She says: “It is shocking that such well-known, trusted retailers apparently choose to inflate their prices for exactly the same products.

“I’d expect the same dress to cost the same across the board, whichever website I’m browsing.

“I understand that brands are battling against dropping profits.

“But if they choose to expand their customer base by selling on third-party retailers, there should be an agreed price. How much you pay for your new wardrobe shouldn’t turn into a lottery.

“Imagine finding out your friend paid £40 less than you for the same dress. You would be seething.

“The brands that create the stock should have some responsibility for ensuring the prices are kept the same, too, as it can also reflect badly on them.

“Both retailers benefit by selling more stock but the consumer is the one paying the price.”
